Welcome to CUE’s Youth Job Spot, a space dedicated to connecting youth and young adults with opportunities to gain experience, explore careers, and build their future.

Through the Fostering Resilience Workforce Program, CUE shares job opportunities, internships, training programs, and career resources with participants. We work closely with local employers and community partners to help youth develop the skills and connections needed to enter the workforce.

Opportunities are shared with program participants through CUE’s workforce network and WorkTorch, our workforce engagement platform.

What is WorkTorch?

WorkTorch is CUE’s workforce engagement platform used to connect program participants and community partners. Through this platform, CUE shares career opportunities, workforce resources, and training pathways with youth who are actively participating in our programs.

Access to WorkTorch is provided to CUE participants and approved employer partners. Opportunities shared by partners are distributed directly to youth who are preparing to enter the workforce and exploring career pathways.
