Education Rights (Transition Back Home)
The Juvenile Justice Involved Youth Education Rights program equips parents with essential skills, tools, and resources to support their child's educational success during the transition back home and beyond. It educates and empowers families to actively engage in their child’s schooling, fostering a sense of community through the creation of peer-to-peer networks. This initiative not only inspires families but also strengthens their ability to advocate for and enhance their child’s educational journey.

Community Support Group aims to provide a safe space for parents to share experiences, exchange advice, and gain support from others who understand the unique journey of navigating the SPED Journey. Whether seeking guidance on navigating educational resources, managing behavioral challenges, or simply seeking solace in shared experiences, this group provides empathy and understanding.
Fostering Resilience in Difficult Times
The Fostering Resilience Framework is a practical approach designed to help people and communities become stronger and more capable of handling life's challenges. It focuses on recognizing and building upon what individuals and communities are already good at, encouraging positive actions like setting goals and facing challenges head-on. This method also highlights the importance of supportive relationships and teamwork within the community, helping everyone work together to grow and succeed even during tough times.
