The Center for Urban Excellence empowers system-impacted youth and families in Solano and Contra Costa Counties communities through culturally grounded, trauma-informed programs that blend leadership, wellness, and creative expression. Our unique model integrates the Community Resiliency Model® with youth voice, media literacy, and career readiness, equipping participants with the tools to heal, lead, and thrive in a changing world.
