Misson
At the Center for Urban Excellence (CUE), our mission is to foster resilience in system-involved youth through education, economic, social, and artistic opportunities. We believe that all young people deserve the chance to thrive and reach their full potential, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our programs and services are designed to provide young people with the skills, support, and resources they need to succeed, including resilience training, youth leadership development, college and career readiness, critical media literacy, and arts education. We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment where young people can grow, learn, and express themselves creatively. Our ultimate goal is to help young people become confident, capable, and resilient leaders in their communities. 
Vision
Since 2016, our vision is to create a world where every individual has the opportunity to achieve their full potential, regardless of their circumstances or background. We believe that every person has unique talents and strengths, and that with the right support and resources, they can overcome adversity and succeed in life.

We are committed to working with communities to identify and address the root causes of inequality and injustice, and to provide the support and resources that individuals need to thrive. We envision a world where everyone has access to education, healthcare, and opportunities for personal and professional growth, and where everyone is valued and respected for their unique contributions.

We are dedicated to building a world that is inclusive, equitable, and just, and we are committed to working towards this vision every day through our actions and our partnerships.
